Production and/or punctuality bonuses **METALMECHANICAL AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS MANUFACTURER** Aftermarket channel supplier San Martín Zone – Greater Buenos Aires We are recruiting **AUTOMATIC LATHE SET-UP OPERATOR** * Technical training * Minimum 3 years’ experience in precision machining * Solid expertise in setting up automatic lathes with movable headstock and turret. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Experience in tool sharpening * Knowledge of mechanical cam assembly and repair for lathes (not mandatory) * Setup: Tool mounting and machine parameter adjustments to achieve optimal production cycle times * Ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings is highly valued. **WE OFFER**: * Permanent position under employment relationship. * Competitive salary and job stability. * Production and/or punctuality bonuses * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with 30-minute lunch break Salary: $1,500,000.00 – $2,000,000.00 per hour Scheduled hours: 40.0 per week Workplace: On-site employment
