At **HOGAR Maintenance Services** we continue to grow and want to add a Regional Coordinator to our team to lead operations in **CORDOBA**. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across multiple locations. * Manage supervisors, analysts, and technical teams, ensuring compliance with schedules, KPIs, and quality standards. * Handle incidents and emergencies, guaranteeing a fast and effective response. * Review technical budgets and consolidate management reports. * Maintain smooth communication with the client and ensure service satisfaction. **Ideal Candidate** * Technical or university degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating technical maintenance teams. * Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * In-depth knowledge of preventive planning, work order management (SLA/TTR), maintenance performance indicators, and internal audit protocols. * Proficient in computer tools and ticket management platforms.
