In this opportunity, we are looking for a Microsoft AI Solutions Engineer to drive new business areas focused on AI—especially within the Copilot ecosystem. Role Responsibilities: * Design and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions in the Microsoft environment. * Develop projects in Microsoft Copilot Studio and generative AI–based solutions. * Analyze technical and functional requirements for AI initiatives. * Manage and coordinate AI projects, ensuring quality and objective achievement. * Evaluate AI-related business opportunities and support their technical development. * Document solutions, architectures, and best practices. * Stay up to date with trends, tools, and the evolution of the Microsoft AI ecosystem. DESIRABLE Develop projects in Microsoft Foundry and generative AI–based solutions with Agents. What We’re Specifically Looking For: * Strong programming foundation. * Proven experience in AI projects using Copilot Studio. * Proven experience developing MCPs for Copilot Studio. * Knowledge of technological project management. * Ability to assess technical feasibility and translate business needs into AI solutions. * Alignment between seniority level, responsibilities, and demonstrable achievements in Senior-level expertise. * Academic background appropriate for the role (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields). * A profile passionate about AI, with a clear professional focus on this discipline as a core pillar. *DESIRABLE* *Experience in Microsoft Foundry projects and generative AI–based solutions with Agents* Location: Buenos Aires is a plus (non-exclusive).
