We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To work in multidisciplinary teams leading digital product design and implementation projects, focused on customer experience and data-driven decision making. **Your key challenges will be:** * Achieve deep **understanding of business needs**, digital products, and **user experience**. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design the digital solution. Define product functionalities, its key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate them into detailed requirements. * **Create epics** or requirements, user stories, define acceptance criteria, test the solution, and document outcomes. * **Schedule** project tasks, monitor plan execution, **communicate** progress to all stakeholders, and develop deployment and training plans. * **Analyze key indicators** to ensure defined performance and support decision-making. **What we need from you:** * Completed or advanced studies in Computer Science, Graphic or Industrial Design, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency in computer tools: Excel, MS Planner, PL SQL. * Knowledge of Jira and Figma is a plus. * Process-oriented mindset, systemic perspective, understanding of business and company operations. * Planning, organization, and time management skills. * Experience in project management. * Simplicity in your thinking and approach. * Service orientation. **This position is based in: Córdoba Capital
