




We are looking to add an **Accounting Analyst** to a major Construction industry company, seeking someone who wants to join a professional team and support the business’s growth. **Skills and competencies we value** * Dynamism and flexibility. * Commitment and proactive attitude to identify and propose solutions. * Analytical ability, numerical aptitude, and holistic business perspective. * Strategic mindset and results orientation. * Excellent prioritization, time management, and work organization skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders. * Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of detail. **Job Mission** To record, analyze, and control the company’s financial information, ensuring accurate accounting entries, account analysis, and preparation of accounting and financial reports for decision-making. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform general bookkeeping and accounting recording tasks. * Integrate, cleanse, and analyze accounting accounts, including bank reconciliations and reconciliations with subsidiaries. * Prepare and analyze Balance Sheets, Income Statements (P\&L), and monthly and annual financial statements. * Conduct data analysis to assess financial performance and expense trends. * Monitor and analyze operating expenses, including corporate card reimbursements and travel expenses. * Record and analyze domestic and international payments. * Track accounts payable, identifying and resolving outstanding items. * Analyze payroll and labor cost-related information. * Handle financial invoicing to subsidiaries and intercompany ledger reconciliation. * Support internal and external auditors by providing required documentation and analysis. **Technical Requirements** * Degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar accounting analysis and administration roles. * Experience in account analysis, bank reconciliations, and accounting entries. * Experience preparing financial, accounting, and tax statements under accounting standards (NIF/IFRS). * Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency. * SAP or other ERP system experience is desirable. * Intermediate English. **What the company offers** * Direct employment relationship with the company. * Top-tier private health insurance for you and your family. * Continuous training and a professional development plan. * An excellent work environment and a highly skilled team.
