Our growth is driven by solid execution, meaningful connections, and a deep understanding of our clients’ business challenges. **About the Role** ---------------- We are looking for a **Solution Architect** with a holistic vision and the ability to design high-level architectures aligned with business needs. The candidate must possess strong knowledge of hybrid architectures (on-premise and cloud), technical analysis capability, and autonomy to lead architectural decisions. Key involvement will include end-to-end data solution design, ensuring quality, security, and information governance standards. We value profiles with strategic mindset, technical curiosity, and focus on **cost-efficient cloud solutions (FinOps)**. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze and define the **best technologies**, based on the ideal architecture for each business case * Design high-level architectures for projects and technical proposals * Design and build end-to-end data artifacts, including: + Stored Procedures in **Redshift / Teradata** + Workflows in **AWS Glue** + UDFs + Transformation and processing solutions in **Python / PySpark** + Orchestration via **AWS Step Functions** * Conduct technical assessments using diagrams and technical acceptance criteria * Collaborate with specialized architects across various technologies to consolidate designs and proposals * Lead technical meetings autonomously * Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and data governance * Design cost-optimized cloud solutions (FinOps) * Research, evaluate, and propose technological improvements when necessary **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience in similar roles such as **Solution Architect** or equivalent positions * Solid understanding of **on-premise and cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure)** * Advanced knowledge of **Python** * Strong proficiency in **SQL** * Experience designing end-to-end data solutions * Ability to interact with technical and functional teams * Autonomy to lead architectural decisions * Certifications in **AWS or other cloud platforms** * Knowledge of **agile methodologies** * Experience with **ETL ingestion processes** * Familiarity with data exploitation and visualization tools * Bachelor’s degree started or completed in **Systems Engineering / Computer Science or related fields** **What We Offer** ----------------- * Full-time employment contract with payment in **ARS** * **100% remote work** * **Competitive salaries** * Statutory leave + **5 additional personal days per year** * Access to **learning platforms** (Udemy, among others) * **Benefits and discount card** * **Welcome kit** * **Reimbursement programs** (internet and services) * **English classes** * **Referral program** * **Birthday gift** * **Healthy Break**
