Your mission will be to lead incident response, strengthen cloud operations, and continuously improve the systems that power our business, ensuring fast recovery, high availability, and seamless experiences for our users. **In this role, you’ll** * Lead advanced incident identification, containment, and resolution across cloud\-based systems. * Coordinate and prioritize response actions across multiple concurrent incidents. * Produce detailed timelines, root cause analysis, and high\-quality post\-incident reports. * Partner with internal teams to analyze incidents and develop mitigation and detection strategies. * Drive rapid service restoration while overseeing all incident\-related activities. * Identify trends in monitored systems that could impact business operations. * Deploy, operate, and support development, QA, and production environments using AWS. * Document technical decisions and solutions across the full development lifecycle. * Collaborate with partner teams to automate processes and improve operational efficiency. * Develop a deep understanding of application and infrastructure components supporting the business. **What we look for in an exceptional candidate** * Strong experience managing and troubleshooting cloud production environments, primarily on AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, Load Balancer, ECS, EKS). * Solid experience working with REST APIs in microservices architectures. * Hands\-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Zabbix, ELK Stack, and AWS CloudWatch. * Experience with CDN solutions such as Cloudflare. * Strong knowledge of databases including MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL. * Experience using ticketing and collaboration tools such as Jira Service Management and Confluence. * Understanding of authentication and security best practices (SAML, SSO). * Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, DNS, and load balancers. * Working knowledge of Azure core services. * Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Docker architecture and tooling. * Experience building deployment processes for Kubernetes\-based environments. * Proven experience designing and maintaining end\-to\-end CI/CD pipelines for AWS services. * Upper\-intermediate or higher level of English. **Bonus points if you also have** * Experience working with additional cloud providers such as Azure or GCP. * Programming experience with Java or Python. * Experience working in Agile environments. * Knowledge of ITIL methodologies. **How we do things** * We act with ownership and accountability, especially during high\-impact incidents. * We communicate clearly, collaborate openly, and support each other under pressure. * We prioritize continuous improvement through automation and learning. * We balance speed and quality to deliver reliable solutions. * We stay curious and proactive in anticipating and preventing issues. **We expect every team member to live our values** **Accountability \& Ownership –** Take charge, own your craft **Reliability –** Deliver with quality and consistency **Teamwork –** Collaborate, challenge, and grow together **Winner Spirit –** Compete with purpose and grit **Wellbeing –** Build a career that energizes you **Curiosity \& Innovation –** Keep questioning.
