Competitive, proactive, and highly motivated by targets and performance **Responsibilities** * Research, identify, and prospect leads that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through high‑volume outbound calling. * Initiate conversations with prospects to generate interest in the company’s products or services. * Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team. * Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. * Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of prospects and interactions in the CRM system. * Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including number of calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and conversion rates. **Requirements** * C1 level English proficiency (written and spoken). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in high‑volume sales or outbound roles (experience in insurance, technology, financial services, or similar industries is a plus). * Strong, assertive, and detail‑oriented communication skills. * Competitive, proactive, and highly motivated by targets and performance‑based incentives. * Ability to quickly learn new products, services, and internal systems.
