Position Summary: We are seeking a CAD Technician for a strategic infrastructure project in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), focused on updating and standardizing site technical documentation to ensure quality and consistency. Compliance with CAD standards and internal guidelines At **Kinetic Talent**, we are supporting a **major multinational telecommunications company** in recruiting a **CAD Technician** to join a strategic infrastructure project in CABA. The role aims to ensure the updating, normalization, and standardization of site technical documentation, guaranteeing compliance with the company’s defined CAD standards and internal guidelines. The selected candidate will work on existing documentation, transforming current drawings into structured technical documentation by discipline, with emphasis on quality, traceability, and technical consistency. **Responsibilities:** * Updating and standardizing CAD documentation for existing sites. * Generating and organizing: * Single-line electrical diagrams * Model files * Layout files * Discipline-specific referenced models (XREF) * Symbolic models * Structured work across disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Telecommunications, among others). * Adhering to defined technical standards (naming conventions, layers, symbology, plot tables, referencing procedures). * Ensuring technical consistency, information traceability, and future interoperability with BIM environments. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Academic Background: Technical or University degree (in progress or completed) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. * Proven experience as a CAD Technician. * Advanced proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD version 2025. * Experience working with model space / paper space. * Proficiency in external references (XREF). * Experience in standardizing and updating technical documentation. * Experience in AEC / MEP environments. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of BIM standards or CAD-BIM integration. * Experience in infrastructure or telecommunications projects. * Experience working under standardized technical guidelines. **Benefits** * Compensation commensurate with the challenge and seniority Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,111,111.00 – $22,222,222.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Federal Capital, Buenos Aires
