You have the opportunity to join our **Venado Tuerto Site** as a **Quality Control Analyst**. **Position Summary and Key Challenges:** The **Quality Management System Analyst (QMSA)** is responsible for ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in the laboratory. Under the leadership of the Laboratory Supervisor, this role ensures that laboratory processes comply with corporate and regulatory standards (ISO 17025, CAMS, ETQ), maintains up-to-date documentation, coordinates training, manages audits, and promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Additionally, within their function, they must perform operational tasks inside the laboratory. As part of the technical profile, they must ensure that analyses and resulting outputs are accurate, timely, and useful for decision-making within the seed business. This role combines technical knowledge, operational supervision, process quality control, and maintenance of laboratory efficiency.
