You have the opportunity to join our **Venado Tuerto Site** as a **Quality Control Analyst**. **Position Summary and Key Challenges:** The **Quality Management System Analyst (QMSA)** is responsible for ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in the laboratory. Under the leadership of the Laboratory Supervisor, this role ensures that laboratory processes comply with corporate and regulatory standards (ISO 17025, CAMS, ETQ), maintains up-to-date documentation, coordinates training, manages audits, and promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Additionally, within their function, they must perform operational tasks inside the laboratory. As part of the technical profile, they must ensure that analyses and resulting outputs are accurate, timely, and useful for decision-making within the seed business. This role combines technical knowledge, operational supervision, process quality control, and maintenance of laboratory efficiency. The role focuses on **ensuring the laboratory operates under a robust management system**, with organized documentation, properly trained personnel, controlled audits, evaluated processes, monitored suppliers, and calibrated equipment—all oriented toward continuous improvement and compliance with global standards. Additionally, as the technical reference, they must guarantee that **analytical results are consistent, reliable, and correctly issued**, avoiding delays that could impact production plant operations and bag dispatch. * **Document Management:** Comprehensive administration and maintenance of laboratory records, ensuring order, traceability, and regulatory compliance. * **Training and Development:** Coordination, tracking, and updating of the training plan. Ensuring all personnel are trained in quality practices and standards. * **Management Systems:** Development of management procedures and support in generating processes aligned with the quality system. * **Internal and External Audits:** Organization of internal audits and *self-assessments*. Participation in external audits and certifications. Analysis, reporting, and follow-up of findings. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identification of improvement opportunities, analysis of quality data, support in managing complaints, claims, NDRs, TNCs, and NCs, and execution of corrective and preventive actions. * **Metrics and Performance Management:** Development and monitoring of indicators measuring the effectiveness of the management system. Coordination of the Management Review Process (MSR). * **Supplier Relationship Management:** Supplier evaluation, procurement support, invoice handling, and raw material requisition management. * **Instrument Management:** Coordination of calibration programs, review of certificates, maintenance of records, and management of out-of-tolerance instruments. * Ensure proper handling, recording, and tracking of samples throughout their entire analytical lifecycle. * Supervise that analyses are performed in accordance with applicable legal, corporate, and technical standards. * Review and ensure **appropriate and timely reporting** of results. * Ensure **control, operation, and maintenance** of area equipment. * Maintain internal laboratory organization to ensure order, safety, and efficiency. * Collaborate in daily work coordination, task prioritization, and onboarding support for new team members. **What You’ll Bring:** * University degree related to management systems (preferred). * Proficiency in spoken and written English. * Strong skills in M365 tools. * Knowledge of quality management systems and auditing principles. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in seed analysis and/or quality control (preferred). * Skills in communication, teamwork, leadership, planning, flexibility, and results orientation. **Benefits** * Osde 310 * WellHub * Performance Bonus * Savings Accompaniment Plan * On-site cafeteria * Welcome Kit * The opportunity to be part of a global team committed to making a difference.
