Join our Talent Network **Description** **You are looking to be a communications change maker.** In this role, you will assist the program specialists and program managers in processing key financial data across multiple meetings. The Reconciliation Specialist will be managing expense reimbursement payments, requesting HCP payments, creating open payments/transparency reports, budget reconciliations for events. The Reconciliation Specialist will also be responsible for uploading all backup documentation into the client reporting system. You will: * Manage HCP payments, reporting and client system uploads * Ensure client guidelines and business rules are followed * Process and code vendor invoices through AP **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum associate degree or equal work experience * 2 years’ business experience **Desired Requirements:** * Microsoft Office * Mastery and common sense of Excel is in your blood – Yes Proficiency!
