You'll also respond to questions across email, text, and phone, make outbound sales calls to existing customers, and contribute to customer research and other initiatives that enhance the overall experience. **What We're Looking For** We're seeking someone with excellent spoken and written English, a genuine passion for customer service, and comfort speaking with customers by phone.
