




We are looking for a Support Operator to join our Argentina Operations team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of our On Demand service and providing support to customers and Rapiboy couriers during the delivery process. Responsibilities * Tracking and monitoring each shipment from origin to destination. * Handling inquiries, requests, and/or complaints from couriers submitted through the platform. * Constant communication with couriers via WhatsApp. * Daily monitoring of reservation coverage. * Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing solutions to enhance team performance. * Collaborating with the courier recruitment team to identify needs. * Identifying improvement opportunities together with the recruitment and commercial teams. Requirements * At least one year of experience in customer service or support roles. * Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays. *With Mondays off* * Availability to work evening/night shifts (7:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.). * Residing in Córdoba Capital. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Proactive attitude and results-oriented. * Willingness to get involved and grow alongside the team.
