* Field or activity: * Work location: Córdoba * Hierarchy: Senior / Semi-Senior * Area: Production * Positions available: 2 ### **Job Description:** Carry out dry construction tasks ensuring the correct installation, finishing, and quality of partitions, ceilings, and linings according to the plans and technical specifications of each project. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Measure and mark levels and guide lines for structures. * Assemble metal frameworks using galvanized profiles (tracks, studs, omegas). * Install gypsum or fiber cement boards, cut them to size, and secure them to the framework. * Apply tape and joint compound, and finish joints. * Sand and prepare surfaces for painting or final covering. * Install thermal and acoustic insulation within partitions or ceilings. * Install suspended ceilings, partition walls, and interior linings. * Verify the quality, alignment, and leveling of completed work. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations on site. * Collaborate with other trades when necessary. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES * Technical knowledge of dry construction systems. * Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. * Neatness and attention to detail. * Ability to work in a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to deadlines. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in Durlock work (minimum 2 years). * Proficiency with electrical and manual tools specific to the trade. * Own transportation (mandatory depending on the job site). * Flexible availability and willingness to travel between job sites.
