Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect for system modeling and coordination in Revit for international residential projects. Key Highlights: 1. Modeling and adjustment of systems in Revit (MEP) 2. Coordination and clash detection 3. Experience in international residential projects We are looking for a BIM Architect to join our team to work on residential projects overseas. Responsibilities include: * Modeling and/or adjustment of systems in Revit (e.g., MEP) * Coordination and clash detection to resolve construction issues * Modeling of components and elements with high level of detail General Requirements: * Licensed Architect with minimum 3 years of experience in Revit, including full modeling and coordination of MEP and structural systems * Advanced proficiency in Revit * Experience working for overseas clients, preferably on small-to-medium-sized residential projects * Intermediate-to-advanced English (professional-level fluency for working in a foreign language) Please submit your CV, professional portfolio, and references for consideration.
