Every other Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM ✅**Main responsibilities:** * Schedule maintenance appointments for customers. * Verify appointment compliance on agreed dates and times. * Coordinate with technicians to ensure availability and attendance on scheduled dates. * Provide customers with detailed information about planned maintenance. * Manage and respond to any customer questions or concerns regarding scheduled maintenance. * Record status of maintenance appointments. * Remotely resolve technical issues. * Document and record problems and solutions for follow-up and to prevent recurring issues. * Provide accurate step-by-step instructions to complete maintenance and installations. **✅****What are we looking for?:** * Completed secondary education (Required) * Availability to work on-site at our Palermo offices * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Intermediate level of Office Suite: Excel and Word. * Availability to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 11 AM to 8 PM.
