




Bahía Blanca Production Management 18.11.2025 One vacancy What will your responsibilities be? * Update, implement and supervise critical control points of operational processes. * Lead meetings with the quality team and operational departments. * Analyze indicators and data generated by the area, along with proposing improvement initiatives. * Develop staff training plans on GMP, SOPs and HACCP. * Monitor traceability of raw materials and products. * Conduct product stability testing in coordination with the Quality Control Laboratory. * Serve as technical director of the facility. Primary point of contact for branches, external customers, and regulatory agencies. * Prepare and update procedures, manuals, and operational records to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards for distributed processes and products. * Perform product sampling for sensory and microbiological analysis. * Training - promote proactive behavior regarding food safety and product quality. What requirements are we looking for in you? * University degree related to the position: Food Engineering, Food Science, Biochemistry, etc. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Experience and knowledge in the deli meat and dairy industry will be valued. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
