




Job description: An important fishing company is incorporating an **infrastructure and cybersecurity manager** **Position purpose:** Responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and efficiency of technological infrastructures, communications, and information systems in local operations. Your mission will be to guarantee business continuity within an industrial environment related to fishing, processing, and distribution of seafood products, aligning local technology strategy with the group's global guidelines. You will be the main point of reference in Argentina for all matters related to technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and corporate systems (especially SAP), acting as a liaison between operational plants and the global IT department. Direct supervision of 2 people. **Main Responsibilities:** **Infrastructures and Communications:** Manage, administer, and optimize local technological infrastructure: servers, LAN/WAN networks, connectivity between plants, storage, and backup. Ensure stability and performance of critical communications (VPN, dedicated links, VoIP, industrial Wi\-Fi). Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring continuity of production operations. Coordinate the implementation of global infrastructure projects at the local level. **Cybersecurity:** Implement and enforce corporate cybersecurity policies. Manage incidents, vulnerabilities, and contingency plans. Collaborate with the global Security team on audits, controls, and internal training on best practices. Ensure protection of critical data related to production, traceability, and supply chain. Systems and Applications (SAP and industrial environments) Ensure proper operation and support of SAP (MM, PP, FI, QM modules) and integrations with local systems (MES, SCADA, labeling, scales, traceability). Collaborate with global teams on SAP deployments, migrations, or upgrades. Provide support and ensure interoperability of applications specific to the fishing sector (fleet management, cold chain control, quality, logistics). **Management and Coordination:** Coordinate technological needs with production, logistics, and maintenance managers. Supervise the local technical team and promote a culture of service, security, and continuous improvement. Manage local providers of telecommunications, hardware, support, and SAP services. Participate in digital transformation and technological standardization projects driven by the company. **Technical and Educational Requirements:** University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT departments in industrial or logistics environments, preferably in the fishing or food industry. **Solid knowledge in:** Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware or Hyper\-V), backup, LAN/WAN/MPLS networks. Cybersecurity: Firewalls, identity management, SIEM, corporate antivirus, security policies. SAP: basic technical and functional knowledge (S/4HANA). Industrial environments: OT/IT integration, traceability, IoT, automation. Intermediate English (interaction with global headquarters).
