This position ensures the integrity, functionality, and quality of each unit, contributing to on-time deliveries, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. #### **Responsibilities** * Interpret and apply work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly processes. * Prepare and organize tools, materials, and components required according to job specifications. * Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and designated equipment, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify correct assembly, identify deviations, and support timely corrective actions. * Maintain quality, safety, and productivity standards throughout all stages of the assembly flow. * Support basic mechanical troubleshooting and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with supervisors, quality personnel, and engineering teams to resolve technical questions and ensure proper task execution. #### **Skills / Languages** * Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity. * Proficiency with hand and power tools. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions. * Basic digital literacy (preferred). * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Problem-solving skills and adaptability within structured processes. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Spanish required; English desirable. *At* ***Ruhrpumpen*** *we value every employee, recognizing that each individual contributes to our success from their role.* ***We are one team!
