It consists of a chain of strategically located facilities, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. **Job Description** We have opportunities for you! We are looking for part-time and full-time **Pickers** for our PedidosYa Market locations in **Buenos Aires.** **What challenges await you?** Perform picking (order assembly) and packaging of orders, ensuring the expected service level (completing orders on time and correctly, aligned with proper packaging procedures, without modifying orders). Receive and stock merchandise, complying with the company’s safety, hygiene, and organization standards. Accurately register everything in the inventory system in a timely manner. Ensure and verify that the received merchandise matches what was ordered. Ensure and monitor expiration dates and the quality of received merchandise (cold chain, damages, etc.). Stock and label products neatly on racks. Suggest changes in product arrangement to improve picking efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Identify and communicate potential opportunities to reduce costs and keep them below target. Be able to carry out daily tasks with minimal supervision. Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio offered and the demand for each item. Participate in inventory control processes. Participate in the process of payment collection and order handover to riders. **Requirements** Experience in replenishment roles (merchandise handling, cash handling, or similar) (desirable). Availability to work rotating shifts. Teamwork skills. Responsibility and commitment.
