**Your main responsibilities will be:** ================================= * Conduct equipment surveys and floor plans of existing premises. * Assist in/Prepare technical documentation for new construction projects, renovations, and expansions. * Develop spreadsheets for equipment control. * Assist in monitoring the execution of maintenance and infrastructure projects. * Generate written and photographic reports on the status and progress of projects. **Requirements:** =================== * Advanced students or graduates in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields. * Full-time availability and willingness to travel. **Preferred qualifications:** ================ * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Experience in similar positions.
