Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Manager to lead professionalization and drive organizational change within an expanding construction company, with a focus on culture, transformation, labor relations, talent development, and strategic advisory. We are looking for an HR Manager to lead professionalization and serve as the driving force behind organizational change at a leading, expanding construction-sector company. Location: San Nicolás or nearby areas Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Culture and climate: Act as ambassador of company values, promoting well-being, internal communication, and team integration activities. Organizational transformation: Design and implement processes to professionalize the HR function (structures, workflows, and continuous improvement). Labor union management: Lead labor relations, conflict mediation, and regulatory compliance. Talent development: Lead training programs, onboarding, and talent acquisition initiatives. Strategic advisory: Serve as trusted partner to Executive Management, General Management, and area leaders in decision-making. Team leadership: Coordinate the team reporting to this position. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field. Postgraduate degree in Labor Law or Labor Relations preferred. Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in similar roles, preferably within construction or industrial companies. Knowledge: Familiarity with UOCRA collective bargaining agreement, labor relations, and current labor regulations. Skills: Strong negotiation ability, analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
