At Nespon, we are seeking a **Salesforce Developer** with proven experience developing using **Apex and OmniStudio (Vlocity)**. This role involves close collaboration with our technical and business teams to **design, customize, integrate, and optimize Salesforce solutions**, combining programmatic development with advanced declarative tools according to client needs. The ideal candidate is a technology enthusiast focused on building efficient, scalable, and high-quality solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, **leveraging OmniStudio to accelerate delivery of business-oriented solutions**. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio**. * Build and configure **OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards** to support complex business processes. * Implement and enhance integrations with external systems via **REST/SOAP APIs**, including orchestrations initiated from OmniStudio. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose viable, scalable, **hybrid (declarative + code) technical solutions**. * Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and adherence to development standards. * Optimize performance and component reusability in solutions built on **OmniStudio and Apex**. * Participate in code and configuration reviews, providing recommendations to improve efficiency, maintainability, and quality. * Stay current with Salesforce best practices and latest releases—especially regarding **Apex, Lightning Web Components, and OmniStudio**. **Requirements / Experience:** * 2+ years of experience as a **Salesforce Developer**. * Advanced proficiency in development with **Apex and Visualforce**. * Practical experience with **OmniStudio (Vlocity)**: * OmniScripts * DataRaptors * Integration Procedures * FlexCards * Knowledge of **Lightning Components / Lightning Web Components** and Salesforce DX. * Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via **REST/SOAP APIs**. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex Salesforce environments. * Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment. * **Salesforce Platform Developer I** certification (preferred); **OmniStudio** certifications are a plus. * Experience in **Agile/Scrum** environments and familiarity with tools such as **JIRA**.
