Main Tasks and Responsibilities * Efficiently manage assigned customer portfolios and commercial campaigns using CRM, email, telephone, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms, ensuring follow-up, prioritization, and achievement of commercial objectives. * Provide comprehensive support in tender processes, including reviewing and analyzing tender documents, coordinating administrative documentation, gathering technical requirements in coordination with the Engineering department, and assisting in preparing and uploading proposals onto relevant platforms. * Prepare periodic reports on campaign results and customer management, analyzing key metrics (contactability, conversion rates, response times, progress per stage, etc.) and proposing improvements to management practices. * Conduct active lead generation and prospecting of new customers, identifying commercial opportunities and forwarding qualified, CRM-registered leads to the sales team. * Ensure systematic and correct use of CRM, ERP, and other corporate tools, guaranteeing full traceability for each activity, opportunity entry, status tracking, and timely updates of commercial information. * Coordinate internally with Administration, Dispatch, and Technical Support, ensuring operational fluency between the commercial area and supporting departments, facilitating information sharing, documentation, and tracking of ongoing orders or purchase orders. * Provide operational support to Technical Support, assisting in coordinating on-site technical services (scheduling, client confirmation, prior documentation, post-service follow-up, and system registration). * Collaborate with the Administration department on collections management, contacting clients when necessary to expedite payments, confirm account statuses, request payment receipts, and keep system data up to date. Requirements 1. Education and Experience - Education: Completed Technical Secondary Education or students pursuing related technical/engineering degrees (Electromechanics, Electricity, or similar). - Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles involving commercial support or corporate customer service. 2. Technical Knowledge - Digital Tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and fluent use of management systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, HubSpot, or similar). - Languages: Intermediate level of English. 3.
