Work directly with cloud infrastructure and modern workplace technologies We’re looking for an Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer to help maintain and improve a production AVD environment used across a distributed workforce. This is a hands\-on technical role focused on platform reliability, image management, and endpoint performance within Azure and Intune environments. You’ll work directly with cloud infrastructure and modern workplace technologies to keep systems stable, secure, and scalable. ### **What You’ll Do** * Manage and support Azure Virtual Desktop host pools and session hosts * Troubleshoot performance, authentication, and connectivity issues across the AVD platform * Maintain and update golden images and software deployments * Administer endpoints and policies through Intune / Endpoint Manager * Manage identity and access via Active Directory and Entra ID * S * Follow change management processes and contribute to environment improvements ### **Details** * Fully remote * 160 guaranteed hours per month **Requirements** ### **Requirements** * Experience working with Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365 environments * Strong Windows 10/11 and endpoint troubleshooting skills * Experience with Intune or modern endpoint management * Familiar with identity management (AD / Entra ID) * Comfortable working independently in production environments * Strong English communication **Benefits** * Competitive pay * Fully remote * Clear scope and expectations * Hands\-on experience with **AVD and enterprise tools** * Opportunity to **grow into leadership roles**
