Apply here to launch an extraordinary career today.** We are looking for a person to fill the **HR Analyst** role to join our team at AES. **Key responsibilities:** * Support key talent and development processes, including training, individual development programs, and learning initiatives. * Collaborate on climate, culture, and engagement initiatives, participating in the implementation of surveys and follow-up on action plans. * Manage and support recognition and benefits initiatives, ensuring their proper administration and communication. * Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes, including welcome experiences, follow-up interviews, and exit interviews. * Support young talent and internship programs, coordinating with involved departments. * Provide attention and support to employees regarding general Human Resources inquiries. * Collaborate on administrative tasks within the department and on the continuous improvement of HR processes. * Drive and collaborate on implementing initiatives that strengthen the connection between people and collaborative work in a hybrid work environment. **Requirements:** * Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or related fields. * Prior experience in similar HR roles for at least 3 years. * Advanced English proficiency. * Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. * Hybrid work model, with office attendance required at least twice per week. **We improve the lives of more than 10\+ million people through the safe and reliable delivery of energy.
