For our Management Consulting team, we are seeking a Manager to work on Finance Consulting projects. **CFO \& Enterprise Value** (CFO\&EV) professionals participate in transformation programs, including business process reengineering, assessment and design of operational models and cost reduction projects, as well as the design and implementation of shared service centers. As a **member of CFO\&EV**, you will support clients with expertise in financial operations and performance management to help them achieve high performance in their organizational functions. As a Manager, you will lead projects related to: * Design and implementation of operational models for Administration and Finance areas * Feasibility analysis and implementation of shared service centers * Financial analysis, financial value creation, finance strategy * Design and implementation of planning, budgeting and forecasting processes * Identification of business metrics * Generation of reports and management analysis * Design and implementation of balanced scorecards * Diagnosis, design and implementation of financial and regulatory reporting Key generic responsibilities include: * Manage project planning and execution activities * Guide the team through problem definition and identification and development of work plans, using problem-solving principles and past experiences * Perform/interpret value analysis to identify value creation opportunities for clients * Plan and manage efforts to define future organization processes and capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs * Plan and manage business architecture implementation activities * Design and conduct testing and implementation plans for business solutions * Monitor achievement of strategic, financial and operational benefits, ensuring achievement of planned business outcomes and assist in adjusting programs if necessary * Help define required structural and cultural changes to achieve objectives, sequencing those changes **Requirements for the position** * University degree/Master in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent professional qualification * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in consulting or equivalent financial roles * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment * Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills * Excellent leadership and team management skills and experience * Advanced level of English (mandatory) * Willingness to travel
