This role isn't about managing a handful of large accounts—it's about building and scaling a high\-quality pipeline of active, engaged partners. You'll be comfortable with a dynamic environment, constantly identifying new opportunities and managing numerous conversations simultaneously.Required Qualifications:4\+ years of proven success in B2B business development or sales, with a strong track record of originating, negotiating and closing high\-impact partnerships. You've demonstrated the ability to consistently generate leads and manage a high volume of active conversations.A strategic yet hands\-on approach to growth. You'll be responsible for generating new partnerships and driving the growth strategy for these key products.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for our stablecoins, identifying key use cases and target partners across various industries and segments.Identify, prioritize, and engage potential partners who can leverage MXNB and BRL1 for payments, remittances, treasury management, or other innovative solutions.Proactively generate and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities, from initial outreach and qualification through negotiation and deal closure. You'll be comfortable leading 20\+ conversations at any given time.Build and nurture long\-term relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.Negotiate and secure new contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that drive stablecoin adoption and usage.Gather market and customer insights to inform Bitso's stablecoin strategy and product development.Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, legal, compliance, marketing) to ensure seamless integration and support for new partnerships.Contribute to the continuous improvement of our business development processes, tools, and reporting to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.Act as a visible ambassador for Bitso's stablecoin initiatives, representing the project at industry events, conferences, panels, and working groups.Research in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion suggests that individuals may hesitate to apply for jobs if they do not meet all the listed criteria.
