As Commercial Head for the South Cone, you will be responsible for overseeing Sanofi’s promoted Pharma portfolio, covering multiple therapeutic areas and managing products across different life cycle stages. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Commercial Management** + Implement the portfolio strategy by developing the regional strategy and the action plan for the territory. + Present results: sales forecast, budget, and sales target allocation. Monitor and drive regional commercial performance and results. + Collaborate on transformation initiatives, instill changes within the team, and drive the implementation of changes and innovations. * **Customer Management** + Promote access to Sanofi products by identifying and organizing institutional leaders and regional Key Opinion Leaders to collaborate with other relevant Sanofi functions. Collaborate with teams on pricing and contract negotiations and their finalization. + Develop product value and partnerships with key customers. Identify the needs and expectations of decision\-makers and key influencers in the region.
