Job Summary: End-to-end management of procurement for supplies, supplier negotiations, and ensuring safety stock levels to maintain service continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: End-to-End Management: Procurement of Laboratory supplies, Vehicle Fleet items, Fixed Assets, Uniforms, and Stationery. Negotiation: Improving payment terms and identifying cost savings. Procurement: Ensuring safety stock levels to maintain service continuity. Requirements:  Age range: 25–35 (preferred)  Education: University or tertiary degree in Administration or related fields (preferred)  Experience: 2 years (not mandatory)  Availability: Full-time / Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM  Working days: Monday to Saturday We value: Preference for candidates with procurement experience or knowledge of mass consumption (not mandatory) Proficiency in PC and software: Microsoft Office Excel Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
