**Job Details** ------------------------- We are looking for a committed professional to fill the position of Administrative and Financial Manager at our medical care center in Curuzú Cuatiá, Corrientes, Argentina. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the liquidity of the Center through control, analysis, and management of financial resources. You will supervise the finance department's operations, set goals and objectives, and design a framework to ensure their fulfillment. Additionally, you will manage the preparation of the Center's budget and develop financial forecasts based on the company's operational, commercial, and accounting information. You will analyze favorable investment scenarios, advise the Board on high-risk/impact decisions, formulate policies for asset and liability management, establish partnerships with financial institutions, and ensure all economic activities, administrative procedures, and issued information comply with applicable regulations. If you are a proactive professional with solid knowledge in administration and finance, capable of making strategic decisions and working as part of a team, we are looking for you! Accounting and finance experience (mandatory). Healthcare services experience (desirable). Leadership and people management experience. Computer skills: Office Suite and Power BI for data management. Knowledge of relevant regulations (legislation and taxes). Minimum education level: University degree (graduate).
