**Position**: **Sales Representative** * *Location: Tucuman or Salta* * *25% Travel Expected* About the Role As a Clinical Science Associate, you will establish connections with professionals who need to be contacted periodically to contribute to the dissemination of the disease and thereby enable early identification of new patients. In addition to providing knowledge about therapies and raising awareness among professionals regarding the importance of continuous treatment, so they can ensure patient adherence. **Responsibilities:** **SCIENTIFIC ADVICE** * Responsible for providing scientific advice to healthcare professionals to contribute: + to the dissemination of the disease and consequently to the early identification of new patients + to understanding the benefits of innovative SGz therapies, enabling individual or groups of professionals to provide better comprehensive care to their patients + to raising awareness among individual or groups of professionals about the importance of continuous treatment so they can ensure patient adherence * Collaborates with the medical manager and product manager to implement education programs at the forefront of research and medical knowledge regarding diseases and treatments * Identifies new centers with excellence potential, key reference physicians, and future key opinion leaders (KOLs) + Continuously supports and drives growth and development of existing centers of excellence and KOLs * Builds professional networks to promote and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration across different centers to ensure patients receive comprehensive follow-up throughout their treatment * Actively participates in scientific activities, training sessions, and national and international meetings attended by clients * Contributes to the development of scientific materials for physicians, considering daily fieldwork insights and needs * Proposes topics for internal medical trainings based on strengths and weaknesses, using these opportunities to acquire tools that optimize interactions with professionals and meet field needs **STRATEGIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT** * Develops and implements an annual regional business plan including activities, objectives, and execution timelines * Maintains a database of all current customers for local and national use, transforming it into a fundamental, interactive tool across all team members (Mobile intelligence) * Implements marketing strategies of the business unit at the territorial level * Provides consistent and updated analysis on the daily, personalized reality of assigned institutions; shares this analysis with business unit colleagues to enrich their daily field operations * Identifies new customers (physicians, medical auditors) for future markets, implements new strategies for therapy commercialization, and assists in managing successful reimbursement programs * Conducts periodic travel to increase influence in strategic areas defined by the Business Unit * Shares information with other Business Units to optimize planned activities, strategies, and resources for the year * Leads and implements special, innovative projects impacting business goals and outcomes * Leverages corporate structure and interacts with other business units to achieve set objectives (teamwork with cross-functional collaboration) * Collects and reports pharmacovigilance information passively, within established timelines from the relevant department * Understands and communicates (with internal and external teams) the sense of urgency linked to patient needs * Participates in regular and/or ad hoc meetings with the PSS department * Ensures all tasks within their area comply with local laws, regulations, and Sanofi's code of conduct * Establishes relationships with professionals requiring periodic contact so they understand, embrace, and share the SG philosophy and vision * Actively collaborates by assisting medical teams in identifying potential patients About You * **Experience**: +3 years of experience in sales or similar roles within pharmaceutical laboratories or related industries * **Soft Skills**: High level of influence, action-oriented towards change, embraces change and innovation, initiates new and improved ways of working.
