This includes projects involving telecommunications, software, video, and other related technologies for both governmental clients (B2G) and private sectors such as mining and oil \& gas (B2B). **Essential Requirements:** Education: Graduated Engineer in Telecommunications, Systems, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in B2B and B2G tender management, with a focus on technology solutions and systems integration. (General experience: \+5 years). Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in public procurement regulations and private sector procurement processes; ability to interpret complex tender documents (pliegos) and structure competitive offers.
