We are seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain Management team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor domestic transportation operations. * Manage e-commerce reverse logistics processes. * Monitor e-commerce logistics operations with stores. * Perform system reconciliation for data control and reconciliation. * Administer and control transportation debits across all logistics operators. * Monitor and improve OTIF and delivery speed metrics. * Support routing operations in CABA (Autonomous City of Buenos Aires) across all flows. * Analyze operational data to identify optimization opportunities. * Propose improvements to transportation and reverse logistics processes. * Participate in cost-reduction and operational efficiency initiatives. * Maintain communication with internal areas (E-commerce, Back Office, Stores, Warehouse) to align processes. * Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Business Administration. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in logistics operations. * Experience managing logistics operators and delivery control. * Knowledge of routing, reconciliation, and cost management processes. * Proficiency in IT tools (Advanced Excel, TMS systems). * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Logistics KPI management experience. * Analytical, proactive, results-oriented, and effective communicator. * Mandatory residence in the northern zone.
