Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Industry professional to lead the Quality Department at the plant, supervising GMP, SSOP, PRPs, and HACCP, verifying in-line processes, and training staff. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the Quality Department at the plant 2. Supervise quality standards and in-line processes 3. Manage documentation and staff training We seek to hire a Food Industry professional to lead the Quality Department at the plant. Responsibilities: • Supervise GMP, SSOP, PRPs, and HACCP. • Verify in-line processes. • Train staff and manage documentation. Requirements: • Graduates in Food Engineering or Food Science. • Prior experience in the food industry. • Analytical and organized profile. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (On-site). -Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 1 year of experience
