Monitor and ensure a positive, seamless, and clear shopping experience for customers. Collaborate with logistics, sales, and marketing teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Support operational product management tasks: stock control, pricing, listings, and promotions. Participate in promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives on online platforms. Track metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and overall channel performance. · Requirements: Proven experience in eCommerce customer service (minimum 1 year). Proficiency in Webcentrix platform for customer service and complaint management on Mercado Libre and Tienda Nube. Familiarity with sales platforms such as Tienda BNA, Provincia Compras, Tienda Nube, Mercado Libre, or similar. Knowledge of the Mobbex platform. Monitor and detect potential financial fraud in credit card transactions conducted via the eCommerce channel. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Excellent written communication skills. Advanced command of spelling and writing, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and coherently. Proactive attitude with capacity to identify improvement opportunities. Basic knowledge of eCommerce or ERP metric analysis and management tools is valued. · We Offer: Competitive salary.
