Key Responsibilities: 1. Document management and tracking on digital platforms. 2. Updating customer databases. 3. Administrative management of logistics and transportation operations. A well-established logistics company located in General Rodríguez is currently seeking a Logistics Administrator to cover a maternity leave. · · Main responsibilities: Uploading documentation and information onto digital platforms (Sicop and others). Tracking and monitoring document approval status. Drafting and sending emails containing documentation for vehicles, drivers, and companies. Updating databases required by customers. Performing administrative tasks related to logistics and transportation operations. · Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles within the logistics/transportation industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with WMS and RDS systems (desirable but not mandatory). Availability to work on-site. Organized, dynamic profile with strong administrative follow-up capability. · Work location: General Rodríguez (transportation service not provided). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
