




Job Summary: We are seeking SQL Developers for omnichannel technical support, handling requests and incidents related to financial products, with expertise in advanced SQL, IT infrastructure, and basic programming. We are a technology and IT management consulting firm specializing in financial crime prevention and detection, as well as development methodologies. Our company is currently seeking SQL Developers to provide technical support for our products deployed at financial institutions. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver omnichannel support. * Provide support and manage requests and incidents according to procedures, knowledge base, and service scope. * Receive customer complaints and escalate them to the appropriate departments. * Resolve Level I and Level II technical inquiries. * Escalate Level III cases and bug fixes to the development team. * Create and store documentation in the client-defined knowledge base and share it among peers. * Report any situation that may compromise task continuity. * Assess potential improvements/risks arising from performed tasks and escalate them to designated forums. * Add value to service-related tasks. **Requirements:** * Experience in incident resolution and user support. * Advanced SQL proficiency, especially in queries and Entity-Relationship data modeling. * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and operating systems. * Familiarity with workflow automation tools. * Basic programming knowledge, preferably Java and/or PHP. * Advanced technical English. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Practical experience with SQL Server and Oracle database languages. * Knowledge of Java application web servers such as Tomcat and Wildfly. * Ability to interpret application logs, especially in JAVA environments. * Demonstrated experience in technical support roles, including clear and detailed documentation of procedures, incidents, and solutions. * Knowledge of finance. **Competencies:** * Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. * Appropriate manners and professional presence for face-to-face and telephone interactions. * Clear communication and correct use of language. * Commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction. * Strong oral and written communication skills, ensuring correctness, clarity, and precision. * Ability to effectively track cases to full resolution, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and business impact. **Benefits** Private Health Insurance | Monthly Adjustments | Healthy Breakfast (fruits, coffee, mate cocido, tea) | Birthday Day Off | Hybrid Work Model | Complementary Bonus | Additional Benefits **Hybrid Work Model:** Three days remote and two days onsite (rotating).
