Contributes to compliance with operational standards **CAREER OPPORTUNITY**: Formal Import Agent The Formal Imports Department of DHL Express Argentina is looking for a Formal Import Agent Based in Buenos Aires, this position will be responsible for reviewing cargo documentation, preparing ATA-level air waybills, and keeping customers informed via arrival and customs notifications. **Your Responsibilities:** * Perform timely and accurate cargo clearances. * Monitor import processes to ensure successful outcomes. * Notify customers of arrivals via email or telephone. * Enter data into DHL's internal systems. * Update checkpoints and record daily tasks (EDC). * Support compliance with GSOPs for vehicle and cargo movements. **What You Bring:** * Education: Completed secondary education (mandatory); currently studying Foreign Trade or Logistics (preferred). * Experience: 1\-2 years of experience in operational roles. * Knowledge of shipping processes. * Experience in route and/or logistics tasks. * Proficiency in PC usage and customs systems. **Additional Information:** * Full-time, on-site position, PM shift.
