Job Summary: We are seeking a Supply Supervisor to lead and manage operational teams, with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. **Position**: Supply Supervisor **Location**: Santo Tomé, Santa Fe **Contract Type**: Full-time, indefinite-term **Schedule**: Rotating shifts (Morning/Afternoon) We seek a candidate with experience coordinating operational teams, results-oriented, committed to developing operational autonomy and continuous improvement. The candidate will be responsible for efficiently leading and managing people and resources within the area, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency standards. Additionally, they must ensure adherence to production plans while promoting a safe, collaborative work culture focused on process optimization and loss reduction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and lead operational teams in warehouses, bulk unloading, weighing, formulation, and mixing/grinding. * Promote the development of operational autonomy and continuous improvement. * Efficiently manage available resources and materials to ensure operational continuity. * Ensure compliance with safety standards for personnel and equipment. * Guarantee quality and food safety standards. * Meet established production plans and departmental performance indicators. * Monitor and manage operational losses, driving improvement actions. * Ensure compliance with procedures and operational standards. **Requirements** * Advanced student or graduate in Industrial Engineering and/or related engineering fields (not mandatory) * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions within the industry * Intermediate English proficiency (not mandatory) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel macros, PowerPoint), Power BI, and SAP **Benefits** Birthday off / Social health insurance coverage / 5 additional vacation days / Discounts on Nestlé and Purina products / Training platform / Remote work day
