**AMIA Employment Service is seeking a Building Manager for a classified building** \- Main responsibilities: cleaning of common areas, waste collection, sidewalk sweeping and washing, pool maintenance, supervision of assistants’ tasks, receiving suppliers, and communication with management. \- Required experience: in similar roles or as a maintenance supervisor. \- Education: completed secondary school. \- Required knowledge: general technical knowledge to appropriately delegate fault resolution. **\- Schedule: full-time, 8 hours per day (8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.), Monday through Friday; Saturdays 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.** \- Work location: Caballito, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. **\- Offered: formal employment relationship.
