




**Technical Project Manager (Buenos Aires)** We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to work with our client, a growing international technology company leading modernization initiatives, software development, and adoption of artificial intelligence–based solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading complex end-to-end projects, managing technical dependencies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring continuous delivery of value under agile methodologies. Responsibilities include leading projects from ideation through production support, implementing and optimizing agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, and developing advanced reports and automated dashboards for effective communication with executive teams. The role also involves leading innovation and digital transformation projects, including artificial intelligence solutions, cloud modernization, application optimization, and legacy system migration. A strong understanding—down to the design and review level—of modern architectures such as microservices, serverless, clean architecture, hexagonal architecture, domain-driven design (DDD), test-driven development (TDD), and event-driven architecture is required. Additionally, the position oversees the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and the use of platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background across multiple programming languages and technologies—including Python, Java, .NET, Angular, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, JavaScript, and Next—as well as experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, and BigQuery. Part of the role includes strategic and financial management: contract administration, cost control, operational performance optimization, and evaluation of improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and value delivery. **Minimum Requirements:** - More than 8 years of proven leadership experience in software development or IT management. - Agile certifications such as PSM I, PSPO I, or PMP. - Fluency in Spanish and English. - Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday, Asana, Trello, and ServiceNow.
