




### **A** **Transformational Change Manager** **playing a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives across our global organization. This position requires a forward\-thinking leader with a strong background in change management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring alignment between transformation efforts and our organizational goals.** ### **The Work:** * ### **Strategic Planning****: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine the enterprise transformation strategy. Identify key priorities and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.** * ### **Change Management****: Implement and manage change management processes to facilitate smooth transitions. Develop communication plans, training programs, and resources to support stakeholders through transformation initiatives.** * ### **Stakeholder Engagement****: Build relationships with cross\-functional teams and key stakeholders to gather insights, address concerns, and promote buy\-in for transformation efforts. Facilitate workshops and meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.** * ### **Performance Measurement****: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives. Analyze data and feedback to assess effectiveness and make informed adjustments.** * ### **Project Management****: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of specific transformation projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.** * ### **Continuous Improvement****: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency. Encourage feedback and best practice sharing across the organization.** * ### **Training and Development****: Support the development of training materials and resources to build change management capabilities across the organization. Mentor and guide team members in transformation methodologies.** ### **Here’s what you’ll need:** * ### **Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, transformation leadership, or organizational development within a large global organization.** ### **Bonus points if:** * ### **Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.** * ### **Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.** * ### **Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.** * ### **Proven experience in leading change initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships.** * ### **Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s Model).** * ### **Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.** * ### **Relevant certifications in change management, project management (e.g., PMP), or organizational development are advantageous.** ### **We have offices available in CABA, Mendoza, Salta, Córdoba, Mar del Plata and Rosario!
