**We are looking for an Engineering Manager!** This is a 100% technical role, aimed at professionals with a strong engineering background, experience in the mechanical industry, and solid expertise in machining and coatings. **Responsibilities** * Interpret and analyze customer requests and technical documentation, perform corresponding mechanical calculations, and define suitable materials and processes according to requirements. * Lead a team of engineers, promoting their professional development. * Have detailed knowledge of the **complete part development process**, from design to production. * Develop and design parts for the mechanical industry, with experience in **machining and coatings.** * Knowledge (ideally) in executing part recovery services. * Knowledge (preferably) of welding processes applied to parts and components. **Requirements** * Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (mandatory). * Experience in metallurgical/mechanical industry, focused on machining and coatings. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of mechanical calculations, material selection, and manufacturing processes. * Experience in product/part development and customer interaction. * Proficiency in CAD/ERP and technical English (valued). * Leadership skills, results-oriented, and strong technical vision. **Location**: Pilar Industrial Park (on-site)**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM If you meet the profile and are interested in the challenge, please send your CV to cnobile@tbamex.com (Subject: *Engineering Manager – Pilar*).
