This role will be primarily responsible for software and databases operating in a mission-critical environment. **Responsibility Scope** Technical responsibility for ensuring the CAD product lifecycle at the customer site related to core IT subsystems. Support customer activations and be responsible for configuration adjustments as needed for management acceptance testing. Contribute IT expertise to the project team, supporting or interacting with the customer support manager, customer technical counterparts, and vendor IT experts. Ensure configurations meet customer expectations as well as industry and product standards. Responsible for accurate management of administrative system data records. Responsible for software and database administration and configuration using a comprehensive skill set, including primary experience in Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server, and others such as PBX and networking. Experience with SSRS is highly valued.
