With offices in Buenos Aires and Córdoba, we serve the local market with our team of over 150 engineers. **Job Description** **Position Objective:** Ensure proper industrialization, validation, and maintenance of molds, guaranteeing compliance with standards and performance during mass production. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise suppliers during mold industrialization, verifying compliance with technical and quality objectives, implementing action plans in case of deviations. * Review and validate 3D designs provided by suppliers, ensuring compatibility with the production line and mold harmonization. * Coordinate part validation in the metrology room (weight, volume, dimensions, and traceability). * Manage customs procedures and coordinate logistics for mold shipments from port to plants in Argentina. * Obtain certification release for mold performance as a requirement for mass production. * Ensure availability of steel blanks for press try\-out processes. * Prepare, update, and communicate technical documentation (FOP). * Coordinate preventive and corrective mold maintenance together with the workshop manager. **Requirements** **Desired Profile:** * Graduated or即将-to-graduate professionals in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. * Knowledge of stamping and mold-making processes (mandatory) * Proficiency in design using **CATIA / AutoCAD / Process Simulate**. * Desired experience with tools: **SAP, MS Project**. * Mastery of computer tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Planning and organizational skills, analytical and synthesis abilities, communication and negotiation skills. * Leadership, autonomy, and ease in cross-functional collaboration. **Additional Information** Availability to work in Córdoba \- Full Time \- On-site
