Requirements for DevOps Engineer University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.+3 years of proven experience in DevOps or automation roles within financial technology, online banking, or tech companies.Advanced proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc. ).Solid knowledge of Linux/Windows system administration and networking.Experience with Cloud solutions (Azure) and container management (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration automation.Ability to work under agile methodologies in multidisciplinary teams.Collaborative mindset, problem-solving orientation, and commitment to continuous improvement.Experience in digital transformation projects in banking or fintech.Initiative and autonomy in researching and implementing new tools.
