




Mission Implement products and services with a focus on integration and automation of customers' IT environments. Understand and resolve assigned medium/high complexity incidents, serving as a technical reference for Tech Support. Provide customers with technical leadership for Wetcom S.A.'s products and services. Responsibilities Install, upgrade, support, and operate (lifecycle) Cloud practice products for clients, according to industry best practices. Automate, integrate, and orchestrate processes and implement them at client sites. Provide technical support and resolution for customer incidents and/or problems escalated by Tech Support. Set up test laboratories to simulate environments and procedures for implementation at client sites. Comply with the personal certification plan according to schedule. Deliver internal and external training sessions as required. Document internal procedures and deliverables for customers. Participate in the presales process. Conduct research on new technologies for application to customers or new projects, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all product lines offered. Participate in the lifecycle of technologies by proactively attending events and meetings with team members and vendors. Maintain a culture of knowledge sharing within the team and across other departments. Requirements University or tertiary students in systems-related fields. Advanced technical English. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong infrastructure and development knowledge (mandatory). Experience working with Openshift and/or Tanzu (mandatory). Strong scripting skills in Python / JavaScript / Powershell (mandatory). Experience working with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Ansible Tower (mandatory). Knowledge of source code management systems (Git), Grafana, and Prometheus. Experience with public clouds (Microsoft Azure Cloud, Google, AWS). Networking knowledge (LAN, FIREWALLS, Loadbalancer, NAT). **Desired technologies (not mandatory):** vSphere, vCenter Server, NSX, Vrealize Automation, vrealize operations, VSAN, LogInsight, Lifecycle Manager.
