The candidate must demonstrate practical expertise in the following areas, which are direct responsibilities of the department: * **Technical Reserves**: In-depth knowledge of the calculation, methodology, and regulatory compliance (SSN) of Technical Reserves (IBNR, RRCC, RTIP). * **Reinsurance**: Strong handling of reinsurance programs (facultative and obligatory), analysis of optimal retentions, and relationship management with brokers/reinsurers. * **Pricing and Rates**: Experience in pricing modeling and design, sufficiency analysis, elasticity, and price segmentation by channel/risk. Development of commission schemes, ensuring sufficiency and competitiveness. * **Technical Result Management**: Ability to analyze and report technical results by line of business, identifying deviations, trends, and corrective opportunities. * **Plans and Products**: Experience in designing, quoting, and submitting new plans and contractual terms to the SSN. * **Regulations and Compliance**: Deep and up-to-date knowledge of regulations issued by the National Insurance Superintendence (SSN), including Circulars, Resolutions, and Laws directly impacting reserves, pricing, solvency, and products. Key skills and competencies: **Team Leadership**: Ability to manage and supervise a team of 4 analysts, delegate tasks, and prioritize workloads. **Analytical and Critical Thinking**: Ability to transform large volumes of data into actionable business decisions. **Cross-Functional Communication**: Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts (reserves, pricing) for business strategists. **Proactivity and Adaptability**: Ability to anticipate regulatory or market changes and propose rapid adjustments to pricing and plans. Mandatory requirements: * Academic Qualification: **Actuary** (Mandatory). Undergraduate university degree. Postgraduate degrees in Finance, Data Science or Insurance will be valued. * Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Technical or Actuarial departments of General Insurance companies in Argentina. * Leadership Experience: Prior (formal or informal) experience managing technical teams, coordinating analysts, or leading highly complex projects.
