What will your responsibilities be? * Operational management and coordination of the restaurant area and restaurant service (coordinating service staff, ensuring customers receive high-quality service, and maintaining efficient workflow during meal times). * Monitoring compliance with regulations. * Problem resolution in difficult situations, such as customer complaints or service issues, seeking diplomatic and efficient solutions. * Organization of special events, such as private dinners or celebrations. **What are we looking for?:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role or extensive experience as a senior waiter. * Specific knowledge in gastronomy and events. * High bilingual level of English; a second language is an advantage. * Training in hospitality, tourism or related fields.
